Divisions 13 and Division 16, School-Based Issues pooled their talents to hold an ASH A Web Forum on “Dysphagia Management in the Schools” September 24 and 25. The 2-day event was available to ASHA members in the member community area of the professional Web site. The forum featured four experts who responded to questions posed by ASHA members.
The forum was developed by Special Interest Divisions 13 and 16 collaborative committee members Caryn Easterling, Donna Lundy, Stephanie Daniels, (Division 13), and De Anne Owre, Nena Germany-Greer (Division 16). The participating experts were Lissa Power-deFur, Emily Homer, Joan Arvedson, and Maureen Lefton-Greif.
