The task force on specialty recognition met in late March and will have a detailed report in our next issue. The Board of Division Coordinators met in April; I attended that meeting and was very grateful to represent a division that is so obviously strong and active. I hope the Steering Committee can continue to meet your needs and to work toward solutions to the pressing issues that face us all.
This month, I would like to present the results of the questionnaires that accompanied everyone's ‘Welcome letter” to the division when you joined or renewed your affiliation (see pages 23–26). Some 80 questionnaires, representing a variety of settings and states, were returned.
